Too soon to call it value for money. A Review after a Week's use
The product was very well packed.The the ease to install would get a 3.5 to 4 star as the lights were a little confusing and the cables needed some tagging.With some luck and a call to customercare, matter was resolved in one go.CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSE VERY GOOD and hardly any waiting. Helpful too.The website to register warranty was not working, nor the bar-code was working. The customer support asked to call the next day through a chat on whatsapp or a call on customer support number as the website would be up and the link would be sent then. She managed to clear doubts within the first call.I went on to buy a second one, but this Seller turned out to be a doubtful one. I have recently purchased a few items from Apperio Retail Pvt Ltd which I presume has a location in Pune. The Seller has been stating delivery between 7am and 9am the next morning, or 9am and 1pm next day if on previous day the order was placed late in the evening, or at times 6pm to 9pm same day when ordered in second half. None of the orders actually reach in that time. It also writes during check-out that a charge of 150 would be levied for such deliveries. All it does is apologize. BUT for my second Qubo order, it never sent the item, never updated its status, it never called to inform if there was an issue, it would not Cancel, nor allow even Amazon to cancel. Amazon wants me to believe that! Then Amazon wants to blame it on three possibilities - One, it either ran out of item (SUDDENLY! and mind you, after taking payment; Second, the delivery went wrong; Third being a system issue. Amazon took several calls from my side to admit there was a system issue and that the seller may not have the item posted on its system. BUT, again, if the seller was stated to have accepted the orde4r and debited amount from me, why seller was not responding to Amazon? The seller was not even approachable to Amazon? Do you believe that?After 24hrs, it took a call that may have lasted over 20 mins, with the Amazon Cancellation section's executive, to suddenly show excitement that the cancellation is getting allowed at the customer care's terminal, BUT, the amount would reverse to me in 4 to 5 days. That she said was the Policy. CUNNING CHEATS to say the least. How God's own people get in the Amazon system and try to show miracles when Amazon was shown that the system it has devised was NOT fool-proof. If item had finished, the seller should not have taken new orders, but I had shown to the Amazon executive at that moment that Seller was still selling and taking orders for delivery in about 4 hrs if the order was placed within the coming hours same day. The seller has NO IDEA what was going on (?) and it was impossible for Seller to have NOT RESPONDED to Amazon. BUT, IF THE SELLER had defaulted, Amazon would have immediately debited the amount against the seller and credited my account. In all likely hood, I believe that Amazon faulted here and was scurrying for answers, OR Amazon is up to something. The seller-Product combination here is found to be at odds for the buyer. I would advise the QUBO marketing to add another seller, instead of putting all its eggs in one basket. avoid Amazon's favored sellers.This Seller has an eye for Good Products and the general delivery had also been satisfactory to good until I ordered items deliverable by seller within hours of ordering. Since these were not being delivered in the promised time and Amazon was apologizing, chances are that Amazon has some Cunning System of tie-up between Seller, the Logistics and the Inventory. The packing too is good and in Amazon box. I do not recall now, but there was an odd delivery by other than Amazon's own logistics. But these are not delivered in stated time. So the Seller is for sure held accountable with some ambitions that step on buyers foot.All that this incident has revealed is yet another Amazon's system fault, or Amazon's deliberate attempt to throw spanners in buyer's domain. In Apr, May, Jun and Jul 2020, Amazon had accepted large orders (almost 2 or three each month) and kept fooling buyers with a tracking. After about 3 to four weeks, they would cancel and return the amount. The truth was the Amazon delivery men were neither paid their wages, nor paid adequately and left the onus of protection to the delivery men. The delivery men were on Strike which is why deliveries were not taking place, but Amazon was accepting orders and holding money for weeks.As for the Qubo UPS:1. The UPS Must Be kept in ON position so as to ensure (a) It gives a seamless switch-over of supply from main power supply to the battery; (b) The battery would charge when in ON position; (c) The Qubo UPS would deliver power to the Router or the device connected to it; (d) On the unboxing and setting up of the Connectiuons and switching ON, the Qubo UPS LED light initially is Orange because the batteries do not have full charge. Since most of us connect the Router Power Adaptor which may be 1 Amp rating, the charging would be slower that what is recommended or rated for a 2 Amp or a 2.5Amp adaptor. Once charged, this LED will turn GREEN.2. The power connectors provided inside the Qubo UPS box need to be tagged to make connections and setting up simple and I bet FAST and SAFE. Not everyone would understand what the power leads mean when connecting or extending. Better to trey making it Fool-Proof than assuming we are all Hi-Tech and engineers or technicians.I decided to buy different second and the third UPS due to Amazon's cunning policies.

Don't buy IT & 1 year warranty is fake
Initially everything was working fine but after 6 month or so...it just stopped working as a backup and when power goes off it also stops working.And when you ask for warranty replacement they will say"Thank you for sharing the details. As per the invoice, we would like to inform you that your product is out of warranty as we provide warranty of 6 months on Mini UPS Plus."

Excellent customer support
This mini ups is very useful if are working from home and there frequent power cuts in your area.Customer support of Qubo is excellent. My mini ups was defective, the power backup dropped to just 20min within 3 months of use. It was under warranty, I contacted customer support and send me a replacement within few days. The new ups is working fine, I'm using if for my Huawei wifi router and I'm getting back of more than 4hrs.

Best product. Meets the requirement
The product is best for wifi, routers and fiber optic. I had zebronics UPS which lasted for 18-19 months and then stopped working.. I had very specific requirement of giving Power to my finger optic wifi connection incase of any power cut. Though in our society, backup is there but it takes 30 second to 2/3 minutes..However this quobo product gives me sufficient backup...Other brands does the same job but cost of those products rames from 1.5k to 2/3k+. This is at 999/- and does the same job....Go for it !!

Value for Money-Also build quality is too good
The best part of this WIFI UPS is comes from the house of Hero which I have been seeing it since child. While there might be better WIFI UPS than this, but I trusted this brand because I have seen this brand grow with me. This WIFI UPS is value for money and yes absolute trust worthy because it is backed by assurance of Hero.The product is sturdy and is well built with minimal complexities. The product claims battery backup of 4 hrs which I havent tested yet. But I am sure when a brand like Hero says so....it will have a backup of 4 hrs.Other than that , it has a warranty of 1 year which make me comfortable to use without much hasseles.Thanks Hero for bringing out with such a good product at such a reasonable price.
