Worth the little extra cost for the health of the plants. The pots are very sturdy and uniform, and I will definitely be buying more!

Appreciate the extra depth (5") for root development without wasting potting soil or space on larger round containers. The pots are sturdy enough that they can be washed & reused. At the same time, they are thin & flexible to allow for easy plant removal without damaging the root ball. I'm new to growing plants from seed and started many of them way too early. These containers have been perfect to pot-up my tomatoes, Petunias, Blanket Flower (Gaillardia), and Black-Eyed Susan Vines (Thunbergia) until I can plant them outside. Just this week I received some Plumbago plants from a popular commercial mail-order nursery, they were in these exact same pots. My order of 100 pots was shipped directly from Growers Solution and arrived in a timely manner (5 days).

The perfect size for a basic 10inch 20inch seedling tray. Fits 18 in one tray. Good depth at 5 inches to allow for better root development and longer transplanting times. One thing to note, I'm not able to use my greenhouse covers because of how tall and wide the pots are. Plastic seems more durable than typical nursery containers and can be used multiple times if sterilized with dilute bleach. I'll definatly order again once containers wear out. Pretty affordable

I purchased these pots to move my small seedlings into after they had grown out of my 2 inch pots. Since many of my seedlings are tomatoes, I was looking for pots that are a little deeper that the typical 4 inch nursery pots. The size of these pots is perfect. Unfortunately, a few of the pots arrived with splits/cracks and will not be usable. A couple of other pots were bent, but may still be usable. They definitely aren't as sturdy as the 2 inch pots I purchased from a different vendor, but they are better than the most flimsy 4 inch nursery pots. I expect to be able to use these for a few years if I handle them carefully.

This is the second time I bought these containers because they are sturdy. I also like them because they're size. You can start your plants inside in the winter and they are capable of containing quite a bit of roots. They are perfect for michigander. I would say I'd buy them again but I already did.

These are perfect for our seed starts in our vegetable garden.

These sturdy, well-designed pots are terrific! Ample but not wastefully-over-wide top (3.5"x3.5") with narrowing but ample base (2.5"x2.5"), whopping 5" depth and comes with four distributed drainage holes. Each side of the pot has two vertical channels that seem to make the pot sturdier. High quality, so pots can be washed, sterilized and reused. The volume and depth can support substantial root development and growth - see pic of a Malava Sylvestris that I grew from seed and is now 16" tall. Would definitely order again. 5 stars!

Good pots, seems to hold well. 18 of these fit one 1020 tray so it works well for me.
