Q: Received power steering pump had it put on it does not work how do I return it

If it is the same power steering pump I purchased and installed on my ‘99 Ford F-350 7.3L diesel, the usual cause for trouble is not “bleeding” the pump properly after adding fluid and before starting vehicle. There’s a ton of good how to videos on YouTube for the correct bleeding procedure…if not bled properly it will growl like it’s outta fluid and not turn the wheels…If your troubles are something else box it up and after contacting Amazon for a return number, ship it back for exchange or refund… Hope my rambling helped🤠
