Yes the Velcro patch came with it. It was separate inside.

10x8 on the inside .Height is 7 1/2 to zipper.

Finishing is my favorite. I used it on my boat and put 2 ice packs insife with my food can kept cold 12 hrs.BEST COOLER BAG EVER !!!
