I bought this one even tho I saw cheaper options bc it advertised a heart shaped hole with lid. I received it, no lid just hole- not even heart shaped :( + it’s not even two tone like the pics

I purchased this product to help soothe my inflammation after my attempt at ..at home extractions…I pulled this bad boy out of the freezer and it was ICE COLD. Which is a good thing right.. until your tempted to put your mouth on it like it’s a freaking popsicle & end up looking like the kid who licks the frozen pole in the movie… a Christmas story!!!! OUCH. I immediately freaked out and ripped it off so fast and tore/froze the whole inside of my lips :O I am now emotionally scared of using the product on my face……… user ERROR. BEWARE LOL

I have always used ice rollers on my face and actually saw someone using this on tik tok. I cannot get the top of it to come off when I want to use it. It seems like the ice just sticks to the whole thing. I had my husband try and he couldn't get it either. It wasn't until I literally slammed it against the counter that it came off, but it took the ice with it. Idk

This was very easy to use! I love the idea that your hands don’t get cold!

The rubber top is hard to open once the ice is completely frozen. You will need to let it sit out for a while to get the top off. There is a little plastic insert in the top that is suppose to aid in the opening process but it broke off the second day. Once you get it open it’s does what it is intended to do.
