I thought I bought this of prime, but it wasn't. I wanted to undo the order, and the seller told me I had to receive the item first, then start the return. Well, I have the item now, but the seller is now ignoring me, its been 48 hours.The plastic for the laptop cover seems a bit flimsy compared to my previous cover. I'm not a huge fan of this cover because my laptop doesn't feel protected. It's also super hard to remove and the plastic latch that is making it stay is only half there. It looks as if the latch is chipped off? It wasn't even with the other side.tl;dr: order another version off another seller with prime. You'll get a billion times better service. And who knows, the quality may be better. On the plus side, the picture on the cover was cute.

I have re-ordered this because I like it so much. However when I went up in size I didn’t realize the mic would be covered. The was an obvious place where the mic was but no hole to allow it to work without being very muffled. Once I realized the was no hole I work carefully, so as not to crack the bottom cover to cut the hole. Once I did this it worked perfectly. That’s why 4 stars, it seems the hole should have been precut.

The picture is beautiful, but it brook right after the warranty was up, which is a year. It was hard to to remove and in one of the times I was doing taking it off it broke. I tried fixing it but couldn't.

Useless, the case keep coming off.Returned!
