Use for when needed for low blood sugar. Can’t tolerate Splenda as sweetener, so this is satisfying. At 250 calories, and chocolate flavor is like a liquid chocolate bar. Yummm. Filling and satisfying. Always keep couple in fridge, room temperature is fine too.

I love this but I don't care for the flavor combo.
I don't care for the chocolate it is very intense. I frankly find the very vanilla flavor the most satisfying. It subs for a meal when I cant get what I want and a treat as well.
