Lovely item but arrived dirty
I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact it arrived covered in greasy dirt. Someone obviously either didn't clean it after applying the transfer or during packing. Luckily I was with my son when he opened it and whisked it away for a wash. Apart from that it is a lovely strurdy piece of glassware.

Excellent service, a great product. Glass arrived in one piece, packaged neatly and securely.Engraving/marking on the glass was of excellent quality, neatly done and sharp.The box the glass comes in was sturdy, with a nice latch and good quality decoration on the outside.Foam interior held the glass snuggly preventing it from rolling around in the box.After purchase customer care was also excellent, with an email from the seller to ensure that the product had arrived intact and that there were no issues with it.

Excellent value, beautiful product
The item arrived safely in a beautiful wooden box with a latch. The wood is unstained/unsealed so you could paint or stain it any way you like, if desired. The etching on the box is classy. Inside, the glass is secured into luxurious black felt-covered foam for a snug fit, to keep it safe. It looks high quality. The glass itself is sturdy and of an appropriate weight. The emblem is beautiful and again, very elegant. Very nice for a gift! Looks a lot more expensive than the cost. Very excited to give this.
