If using for instacart buy two sets because they are 1 inch short of regulation. Still cheaper by over 10$ and 4 bags are better than 2 for 27 or 28$. If u place to use a lot or for a long time the zippers aren't sturdy, but it's a great item for the price.

We Purchased theses for our business. They are very spacious, depending on what you put in them and how you place your items in the bags, will result in balance!It has two large straps (length) one on each side and two zippers. One bag can hold approximately two 89 fl oz jugs , with enough room to place a 10 oz box between both jugs.We’re very pleased with our order! Hope this helps someone on making a decision.

Not really sure why I didn’t do 5 stars but I didn’t. I’ve been earning a little extra incoming doing food deliveries at night after work and found that the bag sent to me by one of the companies just wasn’t keeping food hot. I’m 50+ and not a kid and know what I would hope for from a delivery order that I placed. So I made an investment in myself with this purchase. It works 100% better and I can’t say whether or not it increases my income any, but I feel like I did the right thing. The zipper isn’t great, the feel is a little cheap and maybe that’s why I did 4 instead of 5. But this works; cold is kept cold, hot is kept hot (usually greeted by a cloud of steam every time I open it)

I wanted to use these a little before I wrote a review. They are very sturdy. The thick handles make them easy to carry and they are extremely lightweight. I am ordering more just for my regular groceries. They are very quick to pack and unload and am stunned at how much they hold. (See picture). The bag wasn’t even full. They are quicker to use than pulling out my reusable bags that only hold a few things. Plus they stay open while you are packing your groceries into them so it moves so much quicker. I hope you have the same experience I have.

This bag excels with keeping things also it can expand alot for catering pans since Its a soft bag but the stitching on the holding straps don't have great stitching because one broke off also the first zipper broke quickly after two weeks but they put two zipper in case one breaks but the second zipper broke a week later FYI to the company if you make big bags like this expect heavy duty catering users to try it like myself so make a zipper that will with stand abuse because the flimsy zippers you have now are not good maybe put some good ykk zippers in the next model

I only got one of the 2 and the size was wrong they seem like they would be nice but i need it bigger so i can do uber eats. Im sending it back for a refund i hope with no issues please take down the photo that say its 16x19x12 it should say 16x9x12

I used these bags for the first time today and one of the seams just below the zipper split open. Freezer/refrigerated items are heavy and these bags are obviously not durable enough for any weight. Very disappointed!

Started to grubhub and these bags along with some cardboard are perfect for most orders and drinks.

The insulated bags are great when you have a meal delivery service (especially during COVID) or when grocery shopping. The handles are ideal. The bags are lightweight also.

First time using one of these bags, packed half full, handle ripped. Cost $22 CDN, but I had to pay to ship back for refund, which cost $14 CDN in order to get my refund. Huge waste of energy. Stay away.

They are ok for the price, they are light and thin. I haven’t try them with heavy weight because they seem kind of fragile but really usefull to keep frozen groceries for a while.
