I have and used all varieties of creams and lotions but nothing like this product. Its different. The consistency allows it to stay where you want it, but also you can smooth it over the skin. I have been using it for about 3 years on my feet and would never be without it. FYI, I start with a weekly exfoliation of my feet and I apply this product daily, I am very happy with the results. I use it on the cuticles of my fingers to avoid hang nails . Lightest fragrance, not sticky, and you can use every bit of the product, scrapping it down to the very bottom and it lasts a very long time.

This is the best product you will ever find for cracked heels. I have been using this for about 3 years now and every time I use it, it amazes me. I get Huge, deep cracks in my heels from always being barefoot. I ran out of this and decided to try some other products. After using the other products for almost a month, I saw no change in the cracks at all. So I threw it away and purchased Cracked Heel Relief again. Within 3 days I noticed a huge improvement. 1 week later and the difference is amazing. I will never ever try anything else again. You will never find a foot balm for cracked heels that works like this.On top of the product being amazing, the company is amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and contacted customer service thinking they sent the wrong item and they informed me that I had actually ordered the wrong product. They sent me the correct one free of charge. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this product and company.

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be gritty or not, but I don't like the gritty. It does soften heels, but due ro grit... I can't stand on my feet

I bought this product because I saw a review, and I didn't believe it would be so helpful until I tried it. I've been using it daily, and it has significantly made a difference in my heels. I highly recommend the product.

Smell: If you’ve been to Aveda then you won’t mind this smell.
