The easy assembly instructions made it a breeze to put together, and I had it set up in no time. The chair is comfortable to sit in for long periods, and the adjustable height and make it customizable to my needs. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and price is affordable.

It was easy to assemble and like any other office chair if you have ever assembled one. It is sturdy and comfortable. I was rather surprised it goes up higher than others I have bought. For the first time since I started buying and using office chairs, I am not using it on the highest setting. When in the highest setting and at the setting II use it at, it is sturdy and you don't feel like you are teetering or wobbly.Great Chair!

It came as advertised and was fairly simple to assemble. The only drawback is the casters post (that is inserted into the bottom "arms") are very flimsy!!! I put up with them for about 3 weeks. I finally got tired of pushing off to roll to another spot on the floor, and my "travel" was impeded because the floppy post causes the casters themselves to be at an angle and thus slow me down. I had to push a little at a time to finally get where I want to be!I took the old casters off of an old chair, put them in the "arms" of the chair, and now I can practically go across the whole room with just one kick-off. It's a simple fix, but one that the manufacturer doesn't even think about when they design and assemble them.Other than that, I'm not having any other problems! (So, before you put that old chair out for bulk trash pickup, save the casters!!!)

Not the sturdiest chair in the world, but for how cheap it was we are very pleased.

The chair bottom started to separate at the seam. I contacted support and they sent out another one! Great service

Amazingly instructive assembly directions, especially on the 2nd page where there was real English (mostly) text that was understandable.After assembly and tightening, I sat down in it and at first impression, it's comfortable and feels sturdy. Armrests are located, both height and distance from the chair back, comfortably to me, and padded well.I'm 5-10 and about 210-220 lb, so we'll see how long it stays firm. If it'll last a year, it'll be miles ahead of my previous one.
