Packaging for shipment of the Wc from Mumbai to Delhi was found excellent (using wood crating with inside padding of cardboard and thick thermocole for safe transit to its destination.INSTALLATION: One need to cut the existing drainpipe at a right height above the floor level and maintain the seal alignment while lowering of the commode on the modified drainpipe. A sketch is attached that should be helpful for a leakproof sealing between the commode and by modifying the drainpipe. As such, the seal installation instructions are missing with the delivery of the commode.
