Love this product. When I buy the regular jars at the grocery store, I inevitably find it moldy. This product is so easy to use & tastes wonderful. Scoop out what you need, and it goes back in the cabinet.

yep, I use this in one of my savory steak/meat rubs. Adds just the right zing to the blend.

Received today. It is super fine powder. First try w: water. Not white like horseradish-mixed up more the color of brown mustard and was terribly bitter. Next batch from recipe on bag. Just as bad and terribly bitter. Added sugar. Now a little setter but terrible bitterness really still dominates. Throwing whole mess away. Barely can tell it is supposed to be horseradish.

Bought this to add to my bloody Mary… Nice and pure and doesn’t have any unnatural ingredients such as seed oils which is normally found in the stuff you buy in the store premade

I tried making my own but this is more bitter than hot. I am a bit disappointed. I guess I will stick to fresh horseradish to make my hot horseradish sauce. I will try to add a bit of this to use it up.

I almost didn’t buy this product due to some negative reviews. But, whatever… give it a try. It is now a permanent fixture in my kitchen and used frequently. That said, I’m definitely picky. Take that for what you want. Best uses include in Ranch dressing for onion strings and cocktail sauce for shrimp/seafood. Stays good in the fridge for an extended period of time.

I have a shrimp cocktail several times a week before dinner. I used to make my own sauce with catsup and horseradish. Horseradish in the jar goes bad once opened, even when refrigerated. This powdered form makes it very simple. I buy the store brand cocktail sauce and add this, I like it strong. Add little by little to find what is best for you. This will last me for quite a while, and I will buy it again when I run out.

it seems okay but I wonder if it was grinded too finely because every time I try to use it, dust from it takes to the air.
