For starters the blue hose that’s in the pic does not come with it. It has no lock it so as soon as you pull the hose the whole hose comes unrolled and the box was beat to hell when I got it. I have a pressure washing company and put this on my trailer and I’m not happy with it but I’m making it work for now. Would not buy it again

This product arrived with a completely different outlet fitting, not as pictured or described. It is pictured with a normal male garden thread brass fitting as the outlet, but it arrived with some sort of quick connect fitting installed. This was a huge inconvenience as I am on a deadline for a project and had to wait a couple weeks for this to arrive only to find that it came with the incorrect fitting installed. Because of my deadline, I didn’t have time to return the reel for a refund and have had to attempt to disassemble it to remove the quick connect fitting, purchase the correct fitting, and reassemble…. Unfortunately the fitting they installed was nearly impossible to remove so this is turning into a major headache and is costing me another $30+ in pipe fittings\swivels to rebuild the reel. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be buying another product from this supplier.

I live at the beach and need stuff that won't rust away. This reel fits the bill. It is well built and looks robust enough to hopefully handle many years of use. My only complaint is that the way the hose attaches to the inside of the real causes most hoses to bend at it goes out and around the reel, causing the hose to kink. So you will need either a good kink free hose (I bought a stainless steel hose) and/or an elbow connector to the reel to lessen the bend on the hose (i did both and works fine now).
