It goes without saying that those with serious problems should be seen, but those hoping to prevent something more serious from developing can consider giving this a try. It is a natural remedy with a great selection of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. The daily dose is 1-3 capsules, so each bottle lasts 30-90 days, making this a fantastic value.

I took some time to research the ingredients of these capsules prior to ordering them.Hawthorn has been used for centuries to treat high blood pressure. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 1350 years. There are also human and animal studies out there supporting the position it relaxes the blood vessels, reducing blood pressure.There is even more literature about the benefits of consuming hibiscus on reducing blood pressure. Most of those studies involved consuming Hibiscus tea, but they indicated hibiscus could potentially resolve mild to moderate hypertension.Other ingredients such as garlic, olive leaf, buchu leaf and green tea leaf extract all are subject of many studies regarding their positive effect on lowering blood pressure. Uva Ursi leaf extract seems to be the one questionable ingredient....I need to research that more.I am not suggesting these studies are conclusive or that one should stop taking their prescribed medications, but there is enough science behind almost all of these ingredients that it is worth talking to your doctor about before going on meds for mild hypertension.

I'm really waiting for the next doctors visit to tell if these are working or not, but my blood pressure tends to flucuate and I can get dizzy pretty fast when getting up. So far I do feel like these are helping with that. I would like to give an update once I've gone for my visit and see what my blood pressure is then but so far Iat least can say that these seem to be helping me out some with my condition.

Unfortunately, I can't say how effective this is yet. My husband had high blood pressure readings for a couple of years, but his recent readings have been normal (before he started these capsules). We don't know what changed to explain it, and I can't get him to take daily BP readings yet. Maybe he doesn't need these after all, or maybe they can only help. We haven't noted any adverse reactions, so if just 1 capsule a day gives us a little extra peace of mind, it might be worth it, considering these are relatively affordable. Of course, if his next BP readings are high, he wouldn't keep taking these.
