It has been 10 days since I'm using this heater. No damages, The heater is good starts heating the water from the very first minute you insert the rod but The wire and plug provided gets heat up so much while in use, I think 15A plug would have been good option for 1500 watt heater. Else Easy to use.I also think one more thing missing is an indicator light that would have been helpful as there is no way to understand that the rod is ON apart from the bubbles on water after water starts heating. You can also touch the water while the heater is on. I didn't get any shock.The product is great and really durable. Packaging was done well.

I was on a trip and had ordered this item and it turned out to be very efficient and easy to use. Does the job pretty decently and warms the water quite quickly. I've used it on a regular basis till the time i was there on a trip and it never disappointed me. It is pretty safe to use.
