Sugary and watery
I bought it for my husband. The label of the product says 100% cacao and cinnamon. In reality it is loaded with sugar. Directions suggest 4 large spoons per cup of water or milk. He used 4 tea spoons for a mug (less powder and more water than suggested). The drink was sugary water with a hint of chocolate. When he increased the amount of the powder (still below the recommended lelvel) the drink was too sweet - and he loves sweet taste! Still not much taste of chocolate.Completely unsatisfying.

Totally flavorless
I bought this cocoa thinking that it would be a nice dark flavorful cocoa. It was very pale and had practically no flavor. You couldn't taste the chocolate or the spices.
