Insulation and durability. My daughter likes this item for school.

I was very disappointed when I saw that it just came with 4 x 3D stickers. Why show a different picture than the actual product? And why there is not a readable info that the stickers won’t be included in the purchase. I choose this particular bottle from the other similar ones just because of the stickers! And also there was 3 pieces of the straw which was no instructions how to put it together. I’m still not sure if I put it together right but it worlds now. The positive it does keeps the drink cold how I expect.

This water bottle sweats and its NOT insulated. It gets my daughter's back pack wet when I put ice cubes or cold water in the bottle. There's a loose piece of metal rattling around somewhere inside the bottle. There's a plastic loop that goes on the top of the bottle to hold the strap on the bottle, the lid leaks when this plastic loop is on the bottle, I had to stretch and force the plastic loop to go down further so the bottle would not leak. Basically the plastic loop and strap is too small for this water bottle..... there's a plastic handle that comes with the bottle, this plastic handle falls off constantly..... the charms that came with the bottle so not match the charms in the picture. And they fell off the water bottle the very first day! Probably because the water bottle sweats. ....it's a cute water bottle, but extremely misleading. And the quality is very poor. The paint scratches off very easily too. One more thing, the straw pieces make absolutely no sense, and don't understand why they don't fit into the top of the water bottle. The straw just sits at the top and floats around. I just don't get it. I really want to return it, but don't know how to without the original packaging. It was not worth what I paid for it. I had very high expectations, and I paid alot for it, and it was not what I expected.

I don’t know if I got a defective one or that’s just how they are but it was really hard to put the strap on and then it became a nuisance. Once it was on the bottle does keep cold for a while but the stuff you put on it doesn’t stay on it and I dropped it a couple of times and it dented so bad so fast.

Came absolutely scuffed up and no they are not dirt marks that can be wiped away. They are proper scuffs. There are no 3D stickers on the item as indicated. Nor does the description state stickers are not included (it’s in the title).
