Hiplok Z LOK Combo Multi-use Security Tie & Bike Lock

I've had a few of the (cheaper) Bell versions of this, but after a couple broke in sub-freezing temps I figured I'd spend a bit more to try something else. These hiplocks are awful. The dial is tiny and chinsy - it's hard to even get it to turn in some spots, yet it will just fall to other numbers at times while it is being carried. The print is super tiny and hard to read. I find myself fighting with it all the time to get it on the right combo. I didn't keep it long enough to assess the cold weather performance but the plastic housing doesn't seem any different or stronger that the competitors. This product needs to go back to the drawing board. Returning two of them and going back to the Bell's or knockoffs of the Bells.

Fits inside my riding jacket pocket and I use the handelbars between my risers to attach this to and lock up my helmet. Works really well.

Je voulais tester ceci pour dans l’idée d’aller faire vite fait une courses lorsque je suis seul en velo. Mais mauvaise solution ! Je l’ai découper en une dixaine de secondes avec une simple pince bon marché.
