I've been taking NAD for about two years now. I’ve been using the product for about a month now. I’ve noticed slight improvement in cognitive ability. Whatever is in these pills definitely make your heart rate go up. That was one something I had to get use to, but is not something I notice anymore. Also a small improvement in skin complexion. Side note is a small drop in weight, but I’m guessing it’s a by product of the heart rate increase
