Great taste, I recommend this and I am in dialysis it had 38% less salt it great to do lomo saltado or other food no so salty, remember there is different types of soy so check the recipe before you buy but this one it can be use in many recipes and it has a great flavor

My favorite soy sauce! Less sodium than the others. Totally worth it.

I was afraid to buy low sodium because I thought it would not taste right. However this brand has a nice soy flavor, and, I don't miss the salt at all.This is my new favorite.

Tried a few, and this is the only soy sauce I like.One bottle broke in transit, and sprayed soy sauce all over the place.

I have the low sodium Kikkoman soy sauce and the regular Kikkoman soy sauce. My husband THINKS he has to have the regular soy sauce. But he doesn't have to have it. He just refuses to try this. This light soy sauce has all the flavor of the regular soy sauce to my palate. And why douse your take-out with even more salt? Keep a bottle of this handy and you really will prefer its taste. But my husband goes on refusing: refuses, refuses to try it. Go figure!

I’m picky about salt, yet a lover of sushi. This hits the spot! It is lighter tasting along with being less salt - you’ll notice less umami on the tongue with this. But that perfectly alright with me!

I don't know much about soy sauces but Kikkoman's always been good to me. This is no exception. Received two 10-oz bottles as promised.

If you've ever had soy sauce before than you know what this tastes like. I prefer the full salt version truthfully, but apparently I'm not supposed to enjoy salt any more "at my age". <sigh>
