its ok
this is not a one size fits all for me it needs to have a longer run under my foot then it would lift my foot to a better positionof comfort and useabilityand needs better velcro to hold the strap undoes itself too easily otherwise a fairly good product at a fairly reasonable cost could do better easily

Good concept - nothing for bigger calves
I’m sure it’s a good concept, although it’s a little hard to get in the shoe. I don’t have massive calves, but it doesn’t fit.It has extras with it, but I just couldn’t figure out how to position it. Instructions are in Chinese- so no help.
