Very cool bottle and it holds a lot of water. It can be a bit heavy and is quite big so will need a decently sized backpack to hold if not carrying it. But the handle is pretty good and I've never felt like it struggled to hold the weight.It keeps water decently cold as well so it's probably great for the gym, but I use it to often refill a smaller glass as it can be tough to drink from it when it's close to full.

Well worth it keeps me hydrated all day! Strong and looks good. Put it in the fridge laying on its side to keep my water cold. The brush that comes with it is very helpful. I brought a Addis bottle cleaning brush with a longer handle as well which works well with this. Go get yourself one!PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT ONCE IT’S FULL IT IS HEAVY, IF THAT IS AN ISSUE CONSIDER A SMALLER BOTTLE or you could just pour the water into a cup every time you need to drink water if you’re just wanting to hit a certain amount every day 😊

This product is honestly perfect, the lid is sturdy, the handles amongst the bottle and on top of the bottle are very convenient making it easier to carry everywhere. Also comes with a long brush to help for cleaning perfect. In my opinion I'm not keen on the times on the bottle but this doesn't affect anything.MUST BUY if looking for a gallon bottle 10/10 👍
