My new sink arrived with a 3" puncture through product box, the outer box was intact. An object hit the back wall of sink and created a pea size dent. I contact Ruvati on Sun asking for price adjustment due to dent and I didn't want to deal with returning sink and ordering another one. I got favorable response on Mon am and adjustment was processed immediately.Besides the dent, I am very pleased with the appearance, design and quality of the sink. It is very heavy and thick walled (surprised that it got dented). It comes with drain & removeable basket for easy cleaning and a bottom rack to protect sink surface.

Fantastic sink! This is a great sink - heavy duty, deep and very attractive. Price is very reasonable given the quality of the product. Comes incredibly well packaged - not a ding or dent on it. If you're looking for either a deep kitchen sink or a utility room sink that doesn't look like a utility room sink - buy this one!

Using this sink in the laundry room. Installed as a drop in and so far working great. Yes there is a little water left on bottom and leaves spots when dried but I'm going to try the wax method to see if that helps. Seems durable and well built. Large enough to wash my 20lb Boston Terrier. I like how it looks and cleans up easily.

We used this sink as an undermount in a remodel project in our laundry room. Very heavy duty, quiet, and an easy install. We love the squared inside edges and it is a great updated look. I highly recommend rubbing down the inside with a stainless steel spot reducer due to the size and depth of the sink - doesn't work well to wipe down the inside every use, and otherwise it spots. Great product!

Soild sink

We purchased this sink as part of a kitchen/laundry room remodel. It's modern cut matches perfectly with our updated decor and it is deep enough to be a very effective utility sink. Form and function! The straight sides make it feel even larger than it actually is, as traditional sinks this size have "sloped sides" which make it more difficult to get large items all the way in to the sink. The grate protects the bottom of the sink very effectively and is easy to clean. Love this sink!

I bought this sink without ever having seen it firsthand, with the intention of using it as part of a small laundry room upgrade. I was having my kitchen remodeled, so I figured while I had the various trades doing their work, why not make a nice improvement to our Laundry room.We had a laminate countertop and a cheap plastic wash tub type of a sink. Very low end. And the faucet was abysmal. Adding 6 sq/ft of extra quartz onto our order, this sink, re-use faucet from kitchen since I bought a new one, and $75 worth of backsplash tile, and huge improvement. (see before and after pics)The sink itself is very heavy, solid, and quiet. You can tell it is built with quality. It came with all of the necessary pieces for me to attach it to the PVC plumbing underneath. Just needed a little plumbers putty. Great sink for the money.

Put this sink in a cheap 24" vanity cabinet in my laundry room and it's a great addition. Just fits inside with the lip landing on the sides perfectly. Deep enough for small pet washing and 90 degree corners make tiling around the top simple.
