This is to replace the original that became unreliable and finally stopped working.Works as supposed to and very well.Downloaded instructions to pair, and took a little careful reading, but soon was in control properly.

Easy set up
We lost our remote for our Regency NG fireplace. Once I got the information from the fireplace manufacturer on how to sync it everything went according to plan. Works just like the original.

It works, even the auto heater blower
I was concerned we i ordered if I need to replace the module at the fireplace invert. No, easy to program with i enclosed instruction. Very Pleased

Can't open to see if it works!
If you even open the box to see if it works at all you can't return it! Product isn't working, won't synch to my fireplace (it's replacing the exact same Transmittor) and I can't return it?! No phone number to call or anything. Avoid this company!

works but was never returnable if it didn't
The remote works fine for our gas heating unit, but I have to say that i was more than a little perturbed by the fact that its packaging indicated that it was not returnable if the package was opened (i.e. if you ever used it to see if it works) - shame on the seller!!!!!
