Probably not the fault of the umbrella but we live with our deck facing Northwest. We get a lot of wind. It just moved too much and I was afraid that it would break out of its warranty time even though it has vents, when the tilt is facing the west, and that’s where the winds come, those vents close up . You have to have a Lot of room for one that’s 10 x 13 to open and we had to move things to open it. But I so wanted to keep it. It was beautiful and big and covered the whole deck 16 x 16 at least most of it but I was just afraid so I sent it back. I think one this big should have stabilizing bars on it, so it didn’t move so much. Just a thought for a 5 star.

We were looking for a sturdy umbrella to give us shade over our outdoor table for eight. Prior umbrellas were blown over by the wind despite having heavy blocks with planters on them as a base. So far, this umbrella has been fantastic. I really like the cover - hopefully it will preserve the color. We also purchased the Mojia Cantilever Weighted Base with Wheels 220 lbs.I hope this lasts for many years.It was a bit tricky to put the umbrella together. The video was slightly helpful, but not perfect. I missed a part when putting it together and it didn't make any sense. It took about an hour to put it together (because I missed a step). It would be helpful if the instructions were more detailed rather than the 10,000 foot IKEA type instructions.

We bought a 10' x 10' cantilever umbrella from the same company and forgot to order a weighted base. We inquired about what base to buy and they shipped it the same day. Someone from customer service answered all of our questions within a few hours and the base came a few days earlier than expected, so we had it in time for a party we were having! It was easy to install with the umbrella and a few minutes to add the water and I have no fear that when the winds pick up here this base will absolutely hold down our big umbrella. Highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with this cantilevered umbrella. Unlike many on the market it came with both a cross stand and a protective cover for the umbrella when it is closed. It is well built, sturdy, and easy to put together. When I assembled my umbrella I noticed a small tear and imperfections in the fabric. I contacted the company via Amazon's message system. The company's response was immediate. They went out of their way to communicate with me throughout the process of figuring out the best way to handle the matter. The company offered a number of ways to address the issue. I requested that they provide a new fabric umbrella to place over the umbrella frame. They sent me videos showing how to do so and today I received the new fabric for my umbrella. I have rarely experienced such good customer service.

With the instructions provided the umbrella was easy to set up. Some parts were missing in the initial delivery. However, the company was very helpful with expediting the shipping of the missing parts. I was very pleased with the company's communications regarding the completion of the order.

I love the ease of the assembly and use. However it is a bit too heavy for the stand but I made it work. With the ability to tilt it I am very happy with it. I recommend it but know it will need to be anchored to something else to stand the way you see it in my photo.

We are very pleased with this umbrella. So far, it has done quite well in 15 mph winds. We anchored a steel mount in concrete and fastened the umbrella base to the mount. The umbrella is well engineered and sturdy. Follow-up interactions with the vendor have been prompt and trouble-free. I would highly recommend this product and the vendor.
