Lovely card bought for our grandsons 2nd birthday, excellent quality and quick delivery.

Great for my hey duggee loving grandson

Card was great. My grandson loved it (and accompanying badge). The only downsize was the time of delivery. Most of this was my fault (as I ordered the card too close to my grandson's birthday), but once I was advised of likely delivery date I contacted the seller who agreed, without further charge, to send the card, to me, by first class post. Alas, Royal Mail was not as accommodating. Card took four days to get to me! Speaking to our local postman they admitted that they are no longer providing daily deliveries (due to a lack of staff). The Post Office just focus on parcels! In this instance the seller very graciously provided me with a full refund. Seller customer service was over and above what I would expect. Thank you.
