I’d have my 40 gal with a 36” light and through the metal looks a little flimsy it hold the light just right. And it doesn’t sag.

The holder wires are a bit skinny for a Twinstar light- which is a little bit worrying but it gets the job done. It BARELY fits a rimmed tank if you squeeze in on the edges. This adapter is probably your best bet if you have a rimmed topfin tank and you have a twinstar light.

Will not fit if you have LED lights that have a thicker width.

These are made for a rimless tank I was hoping they would fit a tank with a rim but they don’tThat is the only problem with them

Terrible holder. Would not recommend this at all very flimsy and cheap. Not at all worth the price. Would not recommend wish I could return it but it is past the 30 days.
