Rich people with their lives on display.
When bodies start turning up in antiques. Agents Sharp and Paige are sent to the countries where the count is rising. There is no common factor at first. Who wants to stuff bodies into antiques? It may take a psychologist to figure this one out. Everyone is a suspect but until the one person gets on Addel’s radar the case is stagnant. Another cross country murder mystery that will keep you turning pages till you find out who has all of these victims in common. I was given a copy of this book in return for reviewing this book.

This series continues to be exciting and compelling!
Adele is called in to take this investigation, her director was close to the person who was murdered. Meanwhile Adele is having some trauma over having killed the last serial killer she chased. This killer killed her mother, her ex fiance, and her partner, mentor and best friend. This new serial killer is going after wealthy people who buy large expensive items and stuffing their bodies in the items! Adele and her temporary partner Paige find lots of suspects, but not the killer! Many twists and turns, and more people getting killed. This is an excellent book, and holds your attention all the way to the end. You are left at the end with a new and terrifying development at the end, leading to the next book!I highly recommend this book!

Is Adele losing her touch?
Adele is remorseful for actions taken against a murderer and that might be having an effect on her performance. On the other hand, her relationship with John is growing as well as that with his daughter. She feels she belongs. In Left to Crave she has to work with her nemesis, agent Paige. They follow all leads that might single out who is the killer going after those who buy certain antiques at auction houses throughout Europe. This mission has special significance as one of the victims is a cousin to the agents' boss. Paige believes Adele should not be working on the case, as she feels she is withdrawn and with difficulty concentrating. Will they be able to solve this difficult case? Is Adele really losing her way into solving crimes? This book could be rated with 5 stars, I did not do so because there's too much repetition by Adele's character on her motives to be subdued and lacking concentration in the case.As a member of the author's ARC team, I received a free copy of this book and this is my honest opinion.

Sharp does it again
Left to Crave picks up right where Left to Lure ended. Adele Sharp finally vanquished the murderous ghost of her past but struggles with her conscious over her duty to render all possible care to those in her custody. As she processes her choices, DGSI clears her for the shooting and Director Foucault calls her personally to request her help on a case where his cousin is a victim. Adele is partnered with Agent Sophie Paige, her old nemesis. Elements of guilt and PTSD impact Adele throughout this case, but ultimately, her brilliance shines through. A worthy entry in the Sharp series.

This series just gets better
This is my favorite series by Blake Pierce because of the characters and the tight plots. Poor Adele is suffering from PTSD having vanquished a killer who has haunted her for years in Left To Lure. Being called in on a special case in Switzerland, she is partnered with Sophie Paige once again. Thank goodness the past issues seem to be resolved as far as they can be because these agents will need all of their skills to figure out what's going on. Pierce leaves us with a cliffhanger of an ending so hopefully Book 14 will come soon!
