Wheels were stolen
Purchased these locks three years ago for a 2018 Accord Sport with 19" stock rims. Wheel locks had a solid and secure fit. But three nights ago, the wheels were stolen while in the apartment parking garage (the enclosed five level garage is equipped with a gate, video cameras, and a sleepy security guard). Bottom line, if the professionals want your wheels, they have the ability to bust these off. Total loss was $4.5K including OEM wheels, tires, and some minor rotor damage. Luckily comprehensive insurance coverage will take care of all but deductible (but insurance won't cover the costs to replace the wheel locks).
