Another winner!
I dont know if I just click with Kelly's style or she epitomises consistency. I have found all her workouts, particularly in the 30 Minutes series exceptional, and with Cardio Blast she delivered again. The Plyo on this DVD is my most favorite Plyo routine now. If I were to compare it with Plyo X from Tony Horton (which I love too), it appeals to me more. I can actually do each rep of Kelly's plyo with full range of motion and give it my all. Tony's is so challlenging that I have to modify parts of the workout to reduce intensity especially towards the last few seconds on each plyo exercise. Kelly's plyo is challenging without being dread inducing. I need to reserve Plyo0-X for days when I am feeeling invincible. I love the second 30 minute workout too. It is a Step routine (drill like and non dancy, but very intersting moves) which can be done sans a step and still be challenging. Theere are premixes on the dvd combining segments of both workouts that will give very advanced cardio dvds a run for their money, but without going over the top on intensity. The music is great and adds to the appeal. A very versatile dvd which can be done repeatedly without becoming old.
