Product works great. I've stored my kayak in this cover for nearly 2 years between uses and have found no degradation due to exposure to the elements. Definitely not form fitting and one must be aware of the zipper flap orientation. If the flap is up, water will get in the bag. Keep the flap down and all is good. I go through the extra effort to try and roll the excess material around the zipper to add extra protection. Also this is not designed the be left sitting on the ground where it will be in constant contact with moisture, otherwise the material will degrade as with nearly any fabric product.

Works for the money.
Good value. Cover is huge - particularly the girth. Somehow I missed “up to 9 1/2 feet”. Could probably cover two boats. Is waterproof as long as the zipper flap is positioned to shed precipitation.

It's made of good material, my Ocean Scrambler XTS fits in it ...
I keep my kayak out under the carport and was getting leaves, dirt, insects and occasional raccoons in it. I got this bag to try to prevent all that and simply said, it does the job. It's made of good material, my Ocean Scrambler XTS fits in it nicely with room to spare, so the oar, pdf's and ditch bag all stay with the yak in one neat package. Two things could make this better though; I had an exit with velcro closure sewed onto it to allow the lock cable to pass through and at the same time add 4 straps with adjustable buckles to tuck away the extra fabric (my kayak left the bag a bit baggy). Other than that, it's a great product.

Just fits 13ft boat. And i mean just!
it came. Thank you everyone who answered about the length. It JUST and I mean JUST with some stretching, fits. The fabric seems very light weight to me. Currently I've got a cockpit cover on the cockpit, boat upside down on the storage tripods, AND I just laid the cover on the top of boat bottom, rather than put it into to the cover (will be using boat till fall). I think it is VERY roomy and a much wider boat could fit. But they should not advertise as 13 ft if there is no overage by a few inches to put a 13 ft boat in. Also, beware of the thinness of the material. It is totally unlike the cover on my 14.5 which is made by a different company and is VERY heavy duty fabric...

It's great as it fits my 12'9" yak very well
It's great as it fits my 12'9" yak very well. A little snug getting the last end it, but it's very roomy once it's in. Waterproof? Not so much. I don't have a garage or shed to store it in and over the winter I had it sitting on my patio in the canvas. Come spring time, I try to move the kayak and it became extremely heavy, immovable actually. I unzipped it and found it was filled to the brim with water. The cover was completely sealed and yet the kayak was filled with water.Although it wasn't waterproof, it still kept out all the insects and animals I'd have to deal with if it was left uncovered.

Super strong!
I am really impressed by this cover. It is -heavy-, thick tarp / canvas that fits perfectly over my kayak. It also zips up and has carry handles. I highly recommend this product!!

We like the covers overall just be aware that you will ...
They are bulky and will fit around a small elephant. We use them on our kayaks for storage but the excess material is substantial and we have found that water can pool inside it. We like the covers overall just be aware that you will likely need to manage the extra material if stored outside.
