BerghausMen's Ortler Adjustable Stretch Baseball Cap

Was skeptical about this as hats are always grief for me and they don't fit right but the adjustable strap is good and the hat has worked well for me in the months I've had it.

this is a well made cap feels nice like polyamide very light its not thick cotton that usually have a heavy feeling on most and its not too light that it feels flimsy.I haven't seen an issue with the adjustable strap people mention as of yet.im pleased with this one.

The cap itself is great, and feels cool in hot weather but will be fine in cooler conditions. However as others have noted, the adjuster strap at the back does not stay in place when set for tightness of fit. I have had to customise this strap by finding the best fit, and then sewing the strap in place at that setting, including sewing down the stretchy material on the other part of the strap attachment. It didn't take long and it now is a perfect fit but, in a cap this expensive, shouldn't they have a much better adjuster strap?

I got this for myself it arrived in a plastic bag on removing your meet with a nice base cap from a well known brand.The cap is well made and is the normal high standards i have come to expect from Berghaus, first off i could not find any loose threats or rough stitching anywhere on the cap. Its comfortable on the head with plenty of ventilation allowing for the head to breath. Washing was no issue follow instructions on label and cap came out just as it went in, only cleaner.Now the only think thats a let down is the clip the clip itself does stay closed however the strap moves so your constantly readjusting which can be an pain.All in all im happy and have no issue recommending

Thus is a great looking cap and fits really well. You will need to check the adjustable strap as it comes loose. A few stitches will hold it in place. Not ideal but still a good product

The Berghaus 'Ortler' cap is pretty much a regular baseball shaped cap, but it's not heavy cotton. using a lightweight Polyamide material with a waterproof finish. It's nicely stitched and it holds it shape well, even if you fold it over and stuff it in your pocket. It says that you can machine wash it, but you could easily wipe this clean with sponge and a light detergent.It's a one-size cap and I found it fitted fine without any need of adjustment. Heads come in all different sizes however, so if adjustment is needed, it can be done with the neat belt-like clip fastener at the back rather than a traditional snap-back. The Berghaus logo is stitched at the centre. It's a nice light cap that looks smart and should be protective and ideal for general outdoor wear.

Brilliant quality, well made baseball cap, fully adjustable back strap for comfortable fit. Material is what you see on active wear, feels water resistant while being lightweight, means it doesn’t just soak up sweat. Suppose it’s personal choice if this is better or not. Cap peak is good size, rigid and holds it shape.Over all good quality and worn almost everyday by my husband during the summer which is a great sign from someone usually so fussy with hats.

Nice cap. We got a black version and my 16 year old son has been wearing it for our preseason friendlies in the hot sun. It sits well on his head and is easily adjustable using the plastic buckle. It provides good ventilation and he has been happy wearing it for hours on end. Really well made, no rogue stitching.Looks good too.
