I want to like this product, I really do! As a nurse and EMT these type of alert devices are so helpful! But... only if they stay where they are supposed to! I clipped mine to my standard FitBit Versa watchband and it lasted all of 4 days before I noticed that it had fallen off somewhere! I even pinched the edges to make it hug the watchband nice and snug. I was so disappointed. I bought the other style of LifeID tag for my lifejacket for when I go WW kayaking and its done great! No scratching, warping, etc.. I truly believe in what this company is trying to accomplish but I think there's some tweaking that needs to happen to this style of tag.

Slipped on my watch easy and inputting info on the website was very simple.

I bought this because I have an stage renal disease and also a serious heart condition. As soon as it was scanned it sent a text message to my sister who is my contact person and gave her information about me and GPS location. It is a good investment for people like me but also for children with autism who get lost or who do not have the ability to communicate or any other type of element where the person cannot communicate. I recommend us 100%.

It was very east to set up and I was able to share the link with my family members. I am planning to get one for my husband as well.

She told me that she always felt as though she was wearing a neon sign that told the world she was sick. Nowadays, she utilizes her Apple Watch for a lot of her medical tracking. Her watch coupled with her glucose monitor help keep her condition in balance. The only issue is that she still needs a way for people to access her vital information because she’s also allergic to many different things. The Apple Sleeve slides right onto a Apple Watch Sport Band so that the user has no maintenance because it’s just a tag. There is a QR code laser engraved on the surface. The user has access to their medical profile that is linked to the QR code and can change or update information at any time. The physical tag doesn’t change at all.Setting up the LIFE ID was very simple. She went to the website and registered as a new user. The enrollment process is simple and allows you to register your LIFE ID tag. Once you are enrolled, you log in and enter your personal information and your medical history. You have the option to upload a photo. She struggled with this a bit due to the size restrictions on the photo. The file limit is 1024 KB. Fortunately, she still had a copy of my passport mugshot that happened to be the right size. My favorite thing about this process is that each medication, allergy, or health condition had space for you to add notes. You can also enter your blood type, health insurance information, height, weight, and multiple emergency contacts.The LIFE ID tag sits nicely on the watchband, and it isn’t bulky. The tag did not slide down her watch when she took the watch off to charge. Her only complaint is that the size of the tag is larger than she would prefer. The size of the tag does not take away from the product. Out of curiosity, she decided to scan my tag to see how her information was displayed and how quickly it appeared. I was very pleased with the results. Overall, this product seems to be very well thought out. It is functional and very easy to set up.
