Hyland's Magnesia Phosphorica 6X - 1000 Tablets

This is a magic product. A few of these little pills dissolve under my tongue and stop muscle cramping within a minute! I take a medication that causes cramping in my extremities and even my diaphragm--any muscle in my body! Mine is an extreme situation, but they work just fine on my spouse for tension headaches, stiff muscles from sports, etc. They work for menstrual cramping too. Also, one should drink lots of water, because even a little dehydration can cause charlie horses and other cramping for people of all ages. My doctor suggested that I dissolve these in my water and sip on it throughout the day. It also works for people who are triggered with pain from fibromyalgia. If you're doing stretching exercises to loosen your muscles, a few of these can make it easier to stretch further. People who do yoga can benefit from these before they start or while they are stretching (or both). These cell salts cannot harm you, and you cannot overdose if you take too many. P.S. These pills are amazing. My wife has been suffering with terrible leg cramps at night for many years, and we have tried so many things to help alleviate them. Diet, more water, many different supplements, stretching, and on and on. She has been taking them for about a month now, and her leg cramps have all but disappeared from the first night after starting to use them. The few nights that she still gets them, they are very minor and taking a few when she wakes will stop them quickly. I hate to throw the word miraculous around, but that describes it well. If you suffer with leg cramps, you need to give these a try. Not only do they work great, but they are relatively inexpensive. How great is that?

This product has 99% eliminated my bouts with heart palpitations. In addition, my mother also has the same issue of occasional heart palpitations and it works for her as well. She also claims that it has helped to to be able to work in the yard without so much back discomfort. At age 80 that is pretty good. I highly recommend!

With the very small homeopathic tablets you take about 20 then a drink of water to dissolve them. If you get up in the night this works within 5 minutes and you can then go back to bed cramp free.

I have been taking these for years. They really help with leg cramps. I put 4 at a time under my tongue and just let them melt. It doesn't say they are sublingual but they look like they are; so I treat them as such and it works.

False advertising. It says 1000 pills but I recieved 500...the price on amazon for the 500 size of this brand is $16 so it's a total rip off!!
