I'm using it for piano exercising and I'm enjoying it very much! So that I bought it twice for both my right and left hand. Great product and I'm very satisfied with it. The product does what it was made for: build strength, muscle power and has its perfect tension to achieve at least for me what I was looking for. Velocity and precision when I'm strinking my piano without wearing it. Works perfectly.

Pretty good device, but using it didn't really resolve the tendinitis problem I was having. In the end, I think the cause of my problem was coming from the shoulder more than from the wrist.It's actually pretty well designed for what it does.

This is perfect for hand strength excerizes, fits really nice and the quality of it is great. I searched many different types of hand strengtheners and I finally decided on this one. Even though it's a little more expensive then others, it's well worth it! Other reviews say the bands have snapped on them, this has not happened to me. All my friends really enjoyed trying it out and thinks it's awesome. The minute you put it on you can feel it working, I recommend this product for anyone with hand strength problems or just wanna work out muscles you usually can't.

not as good as thought. definitely not worth $30. thought it could keep hand open but if cannot spread fingers on own like in picture the bands are flexi so there is no tension and little balls that fits in grooves keep falling out
