I used this outside on deck railing to add privacy for a hot tub. It was easy to install with some zip ties. The climate is very wet and the bamboo is holding up very well compared to grass privacy screen. Photo to come…

Great color and easy to install. Looks great. Had similar, same brand in a thicker size and they were great (just moved those to a different spot). The color is a terrific upgrade.

We ordered this for outdoor bar covering as we are creating a tiki bar and grill. The bamboo is BEAUTIFUL. It’s solid and sturdy and I can see how this would be wonderful as fencing/privacy. But the description is inaccurate. The pieces are not 1” depth - some are 2” and it’s very heavy. So it can’t be used for what we want.

I wasn't pleased with the product, almost every other pole was damaged, some were split all the way from one end to the other end. I had purchased a box of bamboo poled 8 foot high x 1 inch in diameter. and i had only two pieces with splits less the 6 inches long. These that i just purchased were 3 feet high and very poor shape.

I am able to add some privacy to a lawn area, but purchased lower height so that it would not appear so offensive to neighbors. Beautiful bamboo, easy and quick to install. Most importantly dogs still have not figured out on how to escape!!!! ---which they somehow were able to do with other fences!!

You could see through it and that was the point not to. The bamboo was small than it looks on line.

I ordered 3 rolls of the 3'x8' bamboo. The quality seems to be good, the construction robust. enough to be installed outdoors, screwed to the existing fence. While these were a little pricey, I was in a hurry so I didn't mind (much) paying that price. I needed something stylish to add a bit of height to the existing 6' high fence (the bamboo added an extra 1' to the top of the fence line on the neighbors side). The bamboo helped add some privacy between the neighbors and our back yard after I severely cut back about 24 feet of cedar hedge row that had gotten out of control and was becoming a problem. I wanted something to replace what the cedars were doing for us, which was privacy where the green cedar used to be. I'll wait until the spring to see if the bamboo holds up through the weather/winter. If it does, I'll likely add another 3-4 rolls along that side of the fence.

It's solid and serves the purpose of disguising a large plastic storage container perfectly. It makes a pleasant backdrop for a metal bench now decorated with lime green cushions and a small black table with a cracked glass lantern. I wanted rid of the bin but ended up needing to keep it but didn't want to have to look at it all the time. Now I don't have to and the bin is still easily accessible. Just propped the bamboo fence along and around.
