Greed.Do not let some reviewers scare you. These taste like a velvety, thick chocolate milk (I have only tried the creamy milk chocolate flavor). These are delicious! I almost did not purchase due to some of the reviews. I am glad that I did! Any type of keto diet might cause stomach issues in the beginning, there is an adjustment period. I have not experienced any issues drinking this shake. Although it does contain MCT oil and that does take time getting use to in your system. If you do have any problems, keep going and it will get better. This goes with anything that you are adding MCT oil to whether it’s your morning coffee or this shake. I think the benefits of MCT oil definitely out weigh any temporary adjustment period. Do your research. The ingredients in this shake are not the cleanest, but they are much better than eating junk food. If you are just starting out, these are great. I think this is a great shake to jump start a diet or to assist with intermittent fasting. It tastes great! It is 180 calories with 7 total carbs or 2 net carbs. I have not had any problems at all! I feel more energized and I recommend this shake. I love that it is ready to go. There is no mixing or blending and no residue like some of those powdered shakes. At this price, you can drink one a day very reasonably. They come with a seal around the cap too so you can feel confident that they have not been tampered with as well. This stuff tastes unbelievably good. I can use one bottle of this to replace two meals a day without being hungry or low energy. I see some negative comments here complaining that it caused stomach upset. It has MCT oil and is very fat rich, and if you are not used to that, it can indeed upset your stomach if you launch into downing a bottle right away. That happened to me at first too. And you will be tempted to down a whole bottle right away because it does taste so good.So, you may need to work up to it. Took me about a week to get used to a straight bottle of it. What I did up to that point was dilute it with Califia toasted coconut-almond milk, which turned out to be a perfect solution.You can make your own, btw. Just throw some unsweetened cocoa in a pot, heat to just boiling with a little toasted coconut-almond milk, add a couple of spoonfuls of coconut oil (or MCT oil if you're feeling gastric brave), then add a couple of cups more of that almond milk, whatever non-carb sweetener you like, some vanilla, about a teaspoon of glucomannan as a thickener, grind up in a blender, and you're done. Every bit as good--maybe even more so, but if you're feeling lazy, go for the shake.

Once you get halfway through the shake it starts to somewhat taste a little like chocolate milk. Other than that it curbed my appetite for a couple of hours

I normally subscribe to the Slimfast Chocolate Shakes that are "Advanced Nutrition High Protein". I had run out between subscription dates, so I decided to order a 4-pack. What I found on Amazon was the Keto shakes. Since I am on a low carb diet, I decided to order those. The nutritional info was approximately the same, so I figured it would either taste the same or was, perhaps, new packaging for what I was already getting.Wow! The Keto chocolate shakes were fabulous tasting! I absolutely LOVED them! Very noticeably better than the ones I had been getting! I tried to change my subscription to the Keto shakes, but it's apparently not available. I think I will cancel my subscription and just buy the Keto shakes for now, in hopes they will become a "thing" and available for subscription! That's a hint, Amazon and Slimfast!!!!

I guess it's a keto thing I don't know how many I'd have to drink before I convinced myself and or my family convinced themselves that it was good or taste good at least it didn't give me a bad stomach ache like it did my dad won't be buying it again but I'm a huge fan of some vest and would buy other keto things I bought the snacks the peanut butter cups and they really were filling and but yeah never would buy that again these and or the powder gross flavors
