Delicious and wonderful for anxiety and sleep. A pound will last about 6 months, I make a large cup every night about 1 hour before I head to bed. But here's a tip, Do Not Boil The Water, heat your water until you can't keep your hands on your kettle for less than 5-7 seconds, getting Chamomile to the boiling point will make the benefits of the tea almost non existence, and it will be a bit bitter. I mix my Chamomile with Spearmint, mint is also relaxing. I only purchase 2 brands and they are neck to neck with freshness and flavor depending on how much money I can save. But I highly recommend this product. Hoping you get a good night's sleep!

What you get: a big bag of dried lavender flower buds!It's definitely not a bunch of sprigs or bundles of dried lavender as the product images might suggest. There's enough dried buds in this bag to fill quite a good number of sachet bags to use in clothing drawers, etc.The bag suggests using the buds in a tea but provides no details about how much per serving so you're left to your own trial-and-error to figure out how much you need to use for the desired flavor.Also, the packaging doesn't identify at all what type of lavender buds are inside or where they are from or whether they are organic and the type of processing used.Based upon the smell and look these seem to me to be of a Lavandin cultivar (more camphorous) and primarily should probably be used for non-edible purposes. Truly edible lavender is most commonly from the Lavandula Angustifolia cultivar and is more sweet smelling.

I have spent a fortune on teas so it's nice to find a product that I use every single day that is good and priced where I can afford it! Recommend!
