Broke through normal use, gaslight in response from operations/ quality dept
We were so excited about this product. My wife used it exactly how a grinder should be used and the mechanism broke apart. It was a gift from me to her and beyond the return window.I contacted Customer Service with no help. The rep contacted the quality department, who said breaking in this manner is impossible.In the meantime, I ordered a similar salt grinder, which we didn’t open and just returned it.
