Klaire Labs Undecylex - Hypoallergenic GI Formula with Undecylenic Acid, Berberine & Goldenthread to Support Balanced Gut Flora (120 Tablets)

This tastes nasty, and since it's a tablet it's a bit hard to swallow. It works, I'm pretty sure, but my impression is that it only worked well for me when taken with Candida Helper from Wellness Resources. (Not sure if the latter would do the job by itself, but it has a better chance alone than this, I think.) It has some ingredients I could do without, like green tea extract. It's reasonably good stuff, though.

I’ve been using this in a protocol to treat SIFO (small intestine fungal overgrowth). It has helped to decrease yeast to the point that on my off weeks, I have no symptoms of yeast overgrowth such as bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, and cravings for sweets has disappeared.
