Great customer service
I gave this watch five stars because the customer service is excellent. My 7 year old wore this watch only once before the band broke so I contacted the seller, he expressed that he couldn’t replace the band however he replaced the entire watch for free and shipped it to me. The response was quick and easy and my son loves it

Stopped working after 3 weeks
My son loved this until it just stopped working one day, Half the time it won't turn on and when it does turn on it is stuck on the clock screen. Not worth the money.

I gave this a 3 star because I bought this for my 9 yr old grandson. When I opened the packaged to look at the watch it had a child like elephant on it. Definitely not something you want to get a 9yr old. The games looked very child like also not appropriate for a 9 yr old.

It’s not all it says it is!
I bought this watch for my son for Christmas. I am returning it- very big disappointment! It is a little on the cheap side. It says it takes pictures, well it does, but horrible almost unrecognizable pictures. It does NOT download music that it says. It has a couple of goofy tunes on there. Not for a young boy/ teenager. The games are so-so. It is very difficult to program and just not worth the money. Do some research on a better watch that advertises all these functions. My son was excited after picking it out and very let down by the low quality.

Great customer service
My son loves this watch. Unfortunately, we had an issue when it was out of the return window but I contacted the seller and they sent a new one immediately which so far has worked great. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind it's product.
