All dogs love these!
I foster and have my own dogs. Every single dog has loved these. I don't use as food, but rather as a treat, or break it up for training. I have been buying them for years and by the big bag. One a day so it's not so expensive. I get the duck version & sometimes the lamb. When there on sale I stock up & store in my stand up freezer. Never any diarrhea, and I don't wet them. I give them dry and make sure the water bowl is full. There easy to chew, taste seems to be delicious, and they are healthy for your dog. No bowel obstruction ever, like from chews, or bones (which I never give to any dog).

Great as a topper!
I have a picky eater that will go on a hunger strike if we don’t put some kind of yummy topper on her kibble. We’ve been using these patties for about 2 years now and we just crumble one on top of her bowl of kibble and add a little warm water and she will clean the bowl every single time. We’ve tried all the flavors and her favorite seems to be the Duck and Lamb. My dog is 85 lbs so using only these as her meal would have us going through the big bag every couple days which would be absurdly expensive , but just using one per meal as a topper works perfectly and the big bag will last us several weeks.

She's become a Dancing Dog at mealtime
These days everyone wants a review, and who has time for that? But when I run across something that I think really excels, I’ll post one. So here’s my review. Our dog, Sugar, is a 15 pound mix of something and something. We’ve always fed her the best dry food we could find. The latest being, organic such and such at $49.99 a bag. And there’s always food in her bowl.We love Sugar, and I had a hard time knowing she wasn’t enjoying her food. So I started buying lamb and chicken and making homemade food for Sugar, with vegetables and the like, and she absolutely flipped out over it. She would dance as I was making it, knowing what was coming. But honestly, what a pain. Shopping and keeping everything fresh was not easy. So I started looking on line for something I hoped she would like. I ran across Stella & Chewy’s.Knowing she is a small dog and would have trouble chasing down a deer or tackling cattle, I went for something she might be able to get (in her dreams), a bird. So I ordered Duck, Duck Goose. When it came, I tried moistening it to make is seem like the food I’d been making. She didn’t want anything to do with it. I left it to see what would happen. Later my daughter came in and said she’d put part of her muffin in Sugar’s food and Sugar ate it all up. I asked my daughter not to do that again. The next meal I did the same thing and Sugar went in another room and stared at me. So my wife took a ‘bean’ from our dinner and put it in her food and she ate it.I thought, this is weird. So I quit trying to please her and just crumbled a disc of the freeze dried food in her bowl and left it. She walked around it a few times, gave it a try and ate it.Flash forward to about three meals after that. She now dances while I crumble it for her. If I take too long in crumbling, she barks. HURRY UP WILL YA?!!! Every meal now is like a treat. She absolutely loves the food and there is not one crumb left in her bowl, ever! We ordered are second bag. A big one this time and Sugar couldn’t be happier. We love our dog, and if Sugar’s happy we’re happy. Great job Stella & Chewy. Don’t change a thing. You’ve got a customer for life!!!

These are the best!
My dog was a very picky eater before I got these. I crumble a half a biscuit into her dry food and she gobbles it up. Before this, I was her personal chef trying to get her to eat. I agree with many who said it's expensive, but definitely worth it for me.

It's really unfortunate that this product keeps getting more expensive, yet it stays the same.
I understand that a lot may have to do with the cost of food, and I understand that, but a $20 jump in cost is kind of puzzling to me.My sweet girl Lola is the most picky eater in the entire doggieverse. She has loved Stella's DDG and Chicken flavored patties for years though! (ive tried a few different ones other than those but she is not interested). Granted I've had to switch it up a few times like adding different types of flavor liquids/wet foods to the patties to get her to eat them which is understandable bc I wouldn't wanna eat the same thing day in and day out. Lola will 8/10 not go near her crunchies (what I call dry dog food 🤣) and I have stopped buying it because it just gets wasted. I also have to feed her a special meal that I can mix her psyllium husk powder into because she has fiber responsive IBS, I do something like pumpkin or sweet potato, green bean, and boiled chicken - but she's getting tired of that too.Kinda don't know where to turn at this point lol! Stella's is the one thing I feel like I can rely on for her and it's honestly just getting to the point where it's hard to come by!!! Maybe it's just my personal situation ... because I know the ingredients are top notch, it actually pains me to leave 3 stars... I guess here's to hopeful thinking that costs will fall again sometime soon instead of keep going up.
