Food cooks evenly and energetically on the stove with the setting on 1.5 (out of 8). I've never had a pan that cooked like this before on low heat. The cleanup is also the easiest ever. As for durability it looks and feels as durable as I could want it to be. Add in the low price and it's game over, these pans are the greatest ever.

Granted, these were from Amazon Warehouse, but the finish on the edge of the pan was worn off (in shipping) where the pans nested on each other! Clearly, I can’t attest to how they worked, but if they showed wear from shipping (and yes, they were taped together), then I’m not sure they would have held up during use. They were heavier than I expected, however, I’ll admit they were pretty :)

I cooked with plastic utensils cooking bacon, mushrooms,onions and spinach daily. cleaned with a paper towel, yet still got scratched. doesn't seem to be shedding the coating, and is still very much non stick.

The picture is very deceiving. I thought I was getting a julep color pan and a cream color pan, but what I got was both the same julep color for both pan. It is stated on the details at bottom but c’mon- that photo is false advertising!

We have been using these pans for a few months now, on average 2 times a day. We have cooked a wide variety of foods and we find these are easily the best non-stick pans we have run across. We use viking cookware almost exclusively but need non- stick frying pans for quick and easy meals or snacks. I have bought more of these and also bought some smaller versions. Highly recommend.
