No compromise best product never seen ago
Yes it's perfect for beginners it's not tough that beginners can use,I am a huge fan of PushUp products but had been looking around for a better alternative. I was inspired by the PushUp's fitness board and decided to buy one of their folding boards that fit in my suitcase. I have had the board for about a month and it is a great workout board. It is super flexible and durable. I use it for about 30 minutes each day
