This is a great little machine. My previous Bissell gave up the ghost after long usage. This one is easy to put together, and much easier to manoeuvre. I particularly like the handles on the two water containers- much easier to carry with damp hands. Cleans and sucks very well. A couple of flaws; the plastic brush cover has to be snapped on in 3 places, at the back and each side of the front otherwise it stops sucking, this is not clear from the instructions. Also the plug for the dirty water container is a bit pathetic but not an issue as it’s not really needed. Otherwise this is a great little machine, but not sure how it would cope with very large rooms.

It is a great carpet cleaner but should have a warning not to keep it on the same area for any length of time as it damages the carpet pile badly! Keep it moving at all times!

Great machine, slightly smaller than our previous Bissell, but much much easier to clean the dirty water tank. The only downside is that the on off switch is low down and finger operated whereas the previous one had a foot operated switch.

Great suction and so easy to use

First, another machine. I had a Vax W86-DP-B for a year. Noisy, hard to clean suck channel, didn't seem to suck much water. Then the fan broke, damaging one of the rollers. Fan out of stock. Roller out of stock. 9 screws to get them out. Dumped. Got this Bissell. Same price. Slightly smaller. Easy to use, fill, empty, clean. Much smoother motor noise. Great results and lots of water sucked up. Definitely a better product. Recommended.

Bought to replace a Vax which died the minute the guarantee ran out.This one comes with 2 year guarantee as standard and even with an extra year policy bought separately, was still cheaper than a replacement Vax.Beautifully made, easy to handle, no fiddly bits and a superb clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

Well designed and powerful. It has only one brush which means it is more agile and chances for the belt to snap ar lower. It is easy to clean it. The only recommandations are to make to power button larger or fit it upper on the handle and to increase the capacity of the water containers.

The only fault with this is not having a stair tool.. that is literally it. Cleans well and even easier to clean machine after - should have bought this in the first place and not Vax - there’s a reason mum had a Bissell for decades!!
