Mavic CXP Elite 700c Black Single Speed Track Bike Wheelset Formula hubs DT

I'm using these wheels on a single speed bike of mine. I wanted a set that was light but strong, had a simple design, and includes a machined brake surface. These wheels hit all of those for me. I have yet to ride this build so I will update my review on riding performance and durability. I will be riding this bike on my campus plenty this year. Go for these wheels over some imported carbon wheels that might kill you.Edit Update: I've ridden these wheels around campus for almost a year now and I really enjoy them. Exactly what you would expect and even better tbh. For the price it was worth it already.

Ordered these a few months back for my daily commuter. Came true out of the box. Have taken them to the shop twice after riding a few hundred miles on asphalt and a few gravel rides. Each time they haven't needed any tensioning or truing adjustments. Lighter than most of the wheels in the same price range.

Light weight, strong, great wheels to make you feel like you're gliding across the pavement. Worth the money.
