Gotta love these ligs! They are cheap and certainly get the job done while looking the part. One of my favorite things about these style ligs is that they don't damage the mouthpiece as some metal ligs do. Highly recommended for any player at any skill level!

what a god send after the cheap tin ligature included with my horn. It is really easy to remove and replace reeds and easy to tighten properly.

I had a hard time finding an inexpensive ligature to fit a vintage Conn Eagle mouthpiece for a C-melody sax. This ligature fits pretty well despite being for a tenor sax.

Great value and great ligature. I've used these for years and this is my favorite. Even has a centering indicator built in.Easy to put on the mouthpiece, easy to adjust and does what it's supposed to very well.Easier to work with than the heavier duty one and sounds about the same.

My son bought it for playing in jazz band and he says it's its a cheap way to get a much better sound out of your sax. He got it because his metal one broke, but apparently this is much better.

I bought a Yamaha tenor but the mouthpiece was too bright and "honky"! This instantly made a difference but have now paired it with a new mouthpiece and really pleased with it. The grip is excellent. T

Its a Rovner ligature, so its beautifully made and does the job perfectly. I bought it for use with a Rico M9 Metalite Bari sax mouthpiece, using Rico Hemke 2.5 reeds, was happy with tone and response in both quiet and rock passages.

I have one of these for my Alto sax and, having struggled to get consistency using a metal ligature on my Tenor, thought that I would try a Rovner light on it. It works just perfectly on my Selmer S90 mouthpiece with a 3 strength Vandoren reed. Exactly the bluesy sound I want to produce. Now I need one for my clarinet!I followed the instructions and lubed up the rods and screw thread with cork grease.

Well made and does the job as expected.

I’m no expert in ligatures but I can tell this is a good one for the price point. Noticeably easier to play consistently than with my last one, and easier to get reed placement just right. Very solid!
