Focus
I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows whatβs exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:No negatives to report. Waiting on definitive results

A super blend of gut friendly content along with essential vitamins you might lack
I am a huge believer in the power of maintaining a healthy micro biome. Do your research first and you might be astounded at the potential health benefits of keeping your gut populated with bacteria that live in us and offer a symbiotic punch. If you are not having a health bowel movement each morning but instead those poisoned and waste products remain trapped in your colon for extended periods, it seems obvious that's inviting health problems. Those waste products can find their way into the body cavity causing ultimate food allergies as your body recognizes them as foreign products in places they do not belong and induces an inflammatory reaction or worse. Also, the gut is a production area of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is a shock to many people. Imbalance of the microbiome has even been traced to neurological issues in children and adults and its believed those bacteria have a role in obesity if the wrong bacteria predominate. So I am a huge fan of anything that tries to address the seriousness of gut health. When I received a sample of this many months ago, the price was eyewatering. The last price I saw then it was still available was much more sane. I see this also contains ashwaganda which I will not live without. But since it dos not list any amounts and you are taking such a small capsule, I am skeptical as to the actual amount contained, though anything is better than nothing. If it becomes available again at the relatively low price I saw, yes, I do recommend it, though hasten to add, I always prefer to access healthy bacteria via fermented foods like daily greek yogurt and kombucha. This is the AM pill, they also offer a PM pill with a different formula. I love the vitamins they chose to include as well as the amounts. Perhaps I am overly skeptical, but for such petite tablets, I wonder how they are packing all of the content listed in such a small volume. Trusting that all is actually in there in the amounts listed, this is a strong recommendation, as long as the price is not astronomical again as in its introduction.

Didn't do much for me
I'd heard a lot about nootropics, but this didn't really do a whole lot to make me feel alert or generally better. Maybe they would work for some.

Why does it have dye in it?
I ordered this back in the summer and have debated on taking it. I limit caffeine and wanted something that could give me focus and not affect my heart. I am interested in nootropics and their benefits but ultimately decided against this because it contains yellow dye, which I am trying to limit putting into my body. It is 2022, and I feel like turmeric or something more natural could have been used. Not sure why it needs to be colored anyway, other than being able to differentiate between the AM and PM capsules. It is also very pricey. Remove the dye and I will try it!

It does wake you up
After using this for a week, I can say that it does wake you up and seems to make your brain more functional. I used to use espresso a lot (think 8-10 shots a day) until I had to cut back drastically (it's not good for your heart). So I've been looking for supplements that use caffeine in moderation and actually wakes you up and helps you function. This has been a nice supplement to use, I've found what I was looking for. I don't know that I would buy it often since it's pretty expensive for a 30 day supply.I would like to know for this expensive supplement, why it has:FD&C Yellow 6 Lake - just search Google with, "Is Yellow 6 Safe" and you'll see some uncomplimentary things about this food coloring. Some say it's one of the worst. Yes, the FDA says it's ok, but is it? Also, this note from Europe (they are more stringent and maybe less biased): "The European Food Safety Authority concluded that this substance had the potential to impact testicular health." Yikes! Is this totally necessary for this product? Also, I'm not sure if any of the ingredients could be organic sourced, they should be. It's expensive enough.Lastly, on the box, it cites 25 studies with the patented formula in BrainAM are independently tested in over 25 clinical studies. The listing here cites 50 clinical studies with the patented ingredients. That's 50% more studies than cited on the box. But neither on the box or this listing is there a link to these studies. I don't doubt that there have been clinical studies, but if I'm going to pay $50 a month for a supplement, I'd like to see proof of the claims. I shouldn't have to go to other websites or do my own research, this is a big deal.Oh, and third party COA's would be nice. I know I'm nitpicking, but I take enough expensive supplements to know what I expect. It would be nice to see the vendor add these to the listing or to the product when it's shipped out.Overall I'm happy with the results, but for the technical stuff, I'd like to see better.
