Definitely get good use out of these. The portioned sizes are perfect for portioning out proteins, carbs, veggies. Only complaint is that they leak. No matter how many times I go around the edges to make sure they are sealed, if my bag tips and they lean, whatever sauce, juices, etc that were sitting in there are now sitting in the bottom of my duffel or meal bag.

Great for their price. Stein enough to be reused many times and seal we'll. Just be careful when closing hot food in them, since the condensation could make your food soggy. Do not microwave with the lid sealed if you want to warm your food up.Happy with the purchase, even bought it for some of my friends.
